October Change and Certainty

You don't fear change; you fear the unknown. If you knew the future would be great, you would welcome the change to get there. Well, the future is great. Proceed.

Reflection

Fear set in among most of the world during COVID-19’s initial stages of its visit.

The fear was associated with the uncertainty that came from dealing with an unknown and very dangerous bug.

It was interesting watching people deal with all of the changes that came with taking on a global pandemic.

Navigating through unknown and uncertain times reveals who and what we rely on to get us through.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve found myself growing closer and closer to Jesus as he is the only source I know of Who provides certainty ALL of the time.

Questions

What unknowns and uncertainties are you facing due to changes you are trying to make in your life?

Who are you relying on to help you navigate through them?

Romans 8:28, “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

Psalm 103:19, “The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules overall.”
