Plans don’t make things happen. Â Doing makes things happen.
Over the past eight years I have helped several dozen organizations put together strategic plans to help them differentiate themselves from the competition and continue to grow.
Unfortunately not all of these plans have worked.
The plans that didn’t work were the plans that weren’t executed.
