I love this quote by Churchill.

When I take organizations through strategic planning I always ask them to take some time to think about things they are doing which have nothing to do with their strategic vision. In essence, I have them identify their barking dogs and encourage them to stop giving them energy.

Take a moment and think about the things in your life that distract you and take you off course.

Those are your barking dogs.
