I was a shooting guard on my basketball teams. Â I never saw a shot I didn’t like. Â The greatest shooters in basketball, fail over half the time.
In order to be a great shooter I not only had to practice but I had to accept the fact I was not going to make every shot.
The same attitude is needed when taking on challenges in life.
Nothing ever goes exactly as planned.
Perfection is a great goal but it’s never going to happen.
I love Greitens’ quote…Those who are excellent at their work have learned to comfortably coexist with failure.
Are you able to comfortably coexist with failure?
It makes all the difference.
