I have a room in my house with a beautiful view of our pond. Â It is in this room where I do my morning meditation, prayer, reading and writing. Â It is in this room I where I feel really close to nature and my creator.
One morning last summer I noticed a muskrat swimming across the pond with some sticks. Â Each subsequent day, I saw the same muskrat (I think) swimming with lumber in tow over to the lodge he was building for the winter. Â The trek across the pond took him about five minutes.
As I’m writing this blog in the middle of the winter I am reminded of my muskrat friend who has a warm place to stay not because he’s highly intelligent but because he had the patience and persistence to work through the perspiration to get the job done.
How is your patience?
Are you persistent?
How do you handle perspiration?
The answers to these questions will determine your level of success in life.
