Luke 12:15, “And He said to them, “Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.”
Covetousness seems to be the way of the world these days.  Considering how much scripture is devoted to this topic in the Bible, it’s probably safe to say humans have always struggled with the want of things.
I have my best days when I covet my relationship with God over all things.
How about you?

 Avoid such people…”  (ESV)
