I can remember years ago overhearing someone talk about why his son wasn’t excelling in sports, it went something like this; “You have to have a name in order to have a chance at succeeding in sports at this school and my kid doesn’t have a name.”
What a cop out and I feel sorry for the poor kid who was told by his Dad he would never succeed because he didn’t have a name.
Often the difference between success and failure is one more try, and additional “tries” are the result of hard work and perseverance, not a name.
