Chase or Attract

Work hard, but give time to your love, family and friends. Because nobody will remember presentations, meetings, degrees and overtime on our death.

When I saw this quote I was reminded of two types of people.

There are chasers and there are attractors.

Have you noticed them?

Which one are you?

The chasers are always in pursuit of “something.”  The attractors usually have others in pursuit of them.

Chasers are usually uncomfortable in their own skin thus the reason they are always chasing something else.

Attractors are pretty comfortable in their own skin thus the reason others want to be around them.

I’ve been both and there is much more peace, joy and energy being an attractor than a chaser.

If you aren’t spending enough time with those you love and way too much time working it is time to stop chasing and start attracting.

Becoming an attractor will begin once you nail the answers to the 3 Questions below:

1. Why am I here? (Purpose)

2. What do I stand for? (Principles)

3. How am I doing? (Progress)

Looking for some tools to become more attractive? The next 3rd Thursday Group will take place on May 16th @ 6:45pm at 8262 W. St. Rt. 41, Covington.  Everyone is invited!  This months topic, “Sharpening the Saw.”

John 16:33, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace.  In this world you will have trouble.  But take heart!  I have overcome the world.”
